Neodeluxe Partner Access enables secure connection and seamless login between organizations’ tenants. This guide explains how to use this feature based on your organization’s role in the partnership.
Understanding Your Organization’s Role
Service Providers (Neostella, etc.)
- Access client tenants to provide services
- Manage which of your own users can access the client tenants
Clients (Law Firms, End User Organizations, etc.)
- Grant access to partners (service provider) to access your tenant
- Control which partners can access your tenant
- Determine which permissions each provider has in your tenant
Partner Access Interface
To access the Partnership page:
- Go to the Admin menu.
- Select Neodeluxe Portal > Partnership.
The Partnership interface consists of two tabs, which you may or may not see based on your role in the partnership:
- Grant Access
- Access Received
Grant Access
The Grant Access tab allows you to control which partners are permitted to access your tenant, and what permissions their users have in your tenant.
Use this tab to:
- Authorize partners to access your tenant
- Set what roles partners can have in your system
The table contains the following columns:

Roles you are granting to the partner for their users to access your tenant. |

Remove a partner’s access to your tenant. |
Add a New Partner Tenant
In the Grant Access tab, admins can share access to their tenant.
To share access to your tenant:
In the Grant Access tab, click Add Partner.
- Select the Partner’s Tenant Name from the dropdown.
- Choose which Allowed Roles the partner can use when accessing your tenant.
- Click Save.
- The partner will now be able to access your tenant as a partner.
The available partners in the Tenant Name list are pre-configured by Neostella. To request a specific partner, please contact our Product Support Team:

Modifying Partner Permissions
To modify the roles and permissions that a partner can access your tenant as:
- In the Grant Access tab, locate the Partner Tenant and click the edit icon
.
- Adjust the Allowed Roles, and click Save.
