Neodeluxe In-App Notifications

This feature provides a centralized hub to view and manage all your in-app notifications. 

Check unread messages, filter by your preferences, mark them as read, and refresh for the latest updates. Each notification includes a name, icon, description, time, and status.

How To Access In-App Notifications

Go to the in-app notification icon  menu and click on it. The in-app notification menu appears automatically.

In-App Notifications Menu

  1. Dynamic Titler: At the top, view the filter name in a dynamic titler.
  2. Notification Counter & Button: See the number of notifications and access them with the notification button.
  3. "Mark all as read": Tap "Mark all as read" to clear unread notifications.
  4. Refresh: Press the "Refresh" button to update notifications.
  5. Filter Bar: Select one of the options (All Notifications, Read Notifications, or Unread Notifications) to filter notifications. 
  6. Notifications List: At the bottom, find all notifications with their name, icon, description, time, and status.

Creating In-App Notifications From Flows

To create an in-app notification from Flows, follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Flows" menu and choose a project.
  2. Go to the "Messages" tab and click the "+ Create Message" button.
  3. Fill in the following "Details": Name, Time to Send, Recipient Role, and Description.
  4. Define the "Previous Message", including the delay period and unit of measure.
  5. Choose "In-App Notification" as the method and "Fill Notification Details": Message Type, Notification Subject, Notification Body.
  6. Click "Save" to finalize and create the flow's notification.

Creating In-App Notifications From Communications

To create an in-app notification from communications, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Communications" and click on the "+ Create Communication" button 
  2. In the "Details" section, complete the fields: Name, Is Active, Time To Send, Audience Type, and Description)
  3. Under "Delivery Method," select "In-App Notification."
  4. Locate the "In-App Notification Section" and fill in all details: Message Type, Notification Subject, and Notification Body.
  5. Click "Save" to create the communication's notification.
