Subscribe to Product Status Updates

Overview

The Neostella Product Status Page provides real time information and updates on the status of Neostella products including:

  • Client Portal (fka Vineportal)
  • Data Governance AI
  • Advanced Task Management
• Neodeluxe File Sync
• Neodeluxe Data Warehouse

In order to receive real time information and updates on the status of Neostella products, please follow the steps below to subscribe.

How to Subscribe to Neostella Product Status Page

1. In your browser, navigate to status.neostella.com and select the Subscribe to Updates button.

2. Select your preferred update method of communication and configure based on the solution:

• Email
• Slack
• Text Message
• RSS Feed

3. From the Products list, select the products you would like to receive updates on.

4. Navigate to the lower right corner and select the Save button.
