This guide explains how to manage organization records from the ORGANIZATIONS tab. It includes instructions for filtering organizations, creating a new organization, editing existing records, and assigning or removing tags in bulk.

how to filter organizations

Contacts can filter organization records using the available filters in the ORGANIZATIONS tab, including organization name, phone, email, organization type, tags, and active status.

  • Filter by organization name

To filter organizations by name:

  1. Click the Search by organization name field.
  2. Enter the organization name.

Organizations that match the entered value will appear in the Organization table.

  • Filter by phone

To filter organizations by phone number:

  1. Click the Search by phone field.
  2. Enter the phone number.

Organizations that match the entered value will appear in the Organization table.

  • Filter by email

To filter organizations by email:

  1. Click the Search by email field.
  2. Enter the email address.

Organizations that match the entered value will appear in the Organization table.

  • Filter by organization type

To filter organizations by type:

  1. Click the Organization Type dropdown menu.
  2. Select the desired organization type.

Organizations that match the selected value will appear in the Organization table.

  • Filter by tags

To filter organizations by tags:

  1. Click the Tags dropdown menu.
  2. Select the desired tag.

Organizations that match the selected value will appear in the Organization table.

  • Filter by active organizations only

To display only active organizations:

  1. Enable the Show Active Only toggle.

Blue: Only active organizations are displayed.
Gray: All organizations are displayed.

To remove all applied filters, click the CLEAR FILTERS button.

how to create a new organization

To create a new organization:

  1. Click the + Organization button.
    The Organization Creator panel will open.
  2. Complete the required fields in the form.
  3. Click SAVE.

The new organization record will appear in the Organization table.

how to edit an organization

To edit an existing organization record:

  1. In the Name column of the Organization table, click the desired organization.
    The Organization Editor will open displaying the organization information.
  2. Make the required changes.
  3. Click SAVE.

The updated information will be saved in the system.

how to assign tags to organizations in bulk

To assign tags to multiple organizations:

  1. Select the organizations using the Checkbox column.
  2. Click ASSIGN TAGS.
  3. Select the desired tags.
  4. Click CONFIRM.

The selected tags will be assigned to all selected organizations.

 

how to unassign tags from organizations in bulk

To remove tags from multiple organizations:

  1. Select the organizations using the Checkbox column.
  2. Click UNASSIGN TAGS.
  3. Select the tags to remove.
  4. Click CONFIRM.

The selected tags will be removed from all selected organizations.
