How to Send a Message
- Click the Message field at the bottom and enter the message.
- (Optional) Use the available formatting tools to apply styles in the message:
- B for bold.
- I for italic.
- S for strikethrough.
- Link icon to insert hyperlinks.
- Quoting icon to create quotes.
- Click the paper plane icon
or press the Enter key to send the message. It appears immediately in the conversation with the user name and timestamp.
Once a message has been sent, it cannot be deleted.

How to Mention a User
- In the Message field, type @ followed by the user’s name. A dropdown list appears filtering matching users.
All users in the tenant matching the entered text are displayed in the list.
- Select a user from the list.
- Click the paper plane icon
or press the Enter key to send it with the mentioned user(s). The message immediately is displayed in the conversation with the user name and timestamp.
- Mentioned users receive a notification. When the notification is clicked, they are redirected to the message.
- Multiple users can be mentioned in the same message by repeating steps 1-2 before sending the message.

How to Reply to a Specific Message (Thread)
- Hover your cursor over the message you want to reply to.
- Click the Reply to Thread icon
.The Thread view is displayed.
- Type your reply in the Reply field.
- Click the paper plane icon
or press the Enter key to send the message. The response is linked to that specific message, ensuring the conversation is organized in a threaded format.
- Click the back chevron icon
to return to the main Messages view. The original message will now display the user’s icon and N REPLY(IES), indicating that replies are attached to it.

How to View a Thread
- Click N REPLY(IES) under a message. The Thread view is displayed.
- Review all replies associated with that message.
- Add additional replies if needed.
- Click the back chevron icon
to return to the main Messages view.
