roles dashboard

The Roles dashboard provides a structured overview of all configured roles. It includes the following components:

1. Roles tool

2. PROJECTS tab

3. LEADS tab

projects tab

The PROJECTS tab serves as the central hub for managing all project roles within Neostella’s Cases workspace. Administrators can create new project roles through the Projects Role Creator, giving each role clearly defined responsibilities and permissions. Existing roles can be quickly modified in the Projects Role Editor to adapt to evolving project needs.

The tab also provides a comprehensive repository of all project roles, displaying details such as role name, user type, project type, tags, and status. Administrators can easily activate or deactivate roles, ensuring that only relevant roles are available for active projects.

By consolidating project role management in a single interface, the PROJECTS tab maintains clarity, consistency, and efficiency across all projects.

leads tab

The LEADS tab offers a complete view of roles within the Intake workspace. Administrators can define new lead roles using the Leads Role Creator, assigning permissions that reflect the responsibilities associated with each role. Existing lead roles can be modified in the Leads Role Editor to accommodate changes in lead management processes.

All lead roles are accessible in a structured repository, with details such as name, user type, lead type, tags, and status. Roles can be activated or deactivated as needed, giving administrators precise control over access and workflow within the Intake workspace. The LEADS tab ensures that lead-related roles are organized, manageable, and aligned with the organization’s operational needs.
