To navigate to the Home Dashboard, follow these steps:
- After accessing Neostella, click the grid icon
and select the Control Center workspace.
- Navigate to the Dashboard menu. The dashboard with charts and metrics is displayed.

Projects
- Active Projects: Displays the total number of projects currently active in the selected tenant.
- Projects by Type: Visual breakdown of how projects are categorized by type within that tenant.
- Projects by Type and Stage: Bar chart showing how projects are distributed across workflow stages, helping you quickly understand workload and progress
Contacts
- Active Contacts: Shows the total number of contact records managed in the tenant you are viewing.
- Contacts by Type: Donut chart categorizing contacts by role (For Example: Client, Vendor, Partner, Other), providing visibility into your contact structure.
Documents
- Total Documents: Displays the total number of documents stored within the tenant.
- Storage Consumed: Visual representation of used versus available storage capacity for that tenant’s data.
Users
- Total Users: Shows how many users currently have access to the selected tenant.
- Users by Type: Donut chart breaking down users by role (e.g., Admin, Manager, User, Guest), helping you understand how access is distributed.
