How to Open In-app Notifications

Before viewing notifications, ensure the server connection is active.

  • A valid connection is indicated by the icon and the message: Connection to server is alive.
  • An invalid connection is indicated by the icon and the message: Something went wrong while connecting to the server. Please wait a moment, or click here to try reconnecting manually.

Notifications may not update correctly if the server connection is not active.

  1. After login in Neostella, in the upper panel click on the bell icon .
  2. All the user’s notifications are displayed.

To mark or unmark an in-app notification as read or unread, follow these steps:

  1. After login in Neostella, click the bell icon in the upper notification panel.
  2. Locate the notification you want to update.
  3. Click the dot icon in the notification.
  • Clicking the icon will mark the notification as read.
  • Clicking the icon will mark the notification as unread.

1. To mark or unmark an in-app notification as read or unread, open the In-App Notifications panel.

2. Locate the notification you want to update.

3. Click the blue dot in the notification. Clicking the blue dot will mark the notification as read.

4. Now click again the dot in the notification.
Clicking it again will mark the notification as unread.

5. That's it. You're done.
