The SharePoint Integration in Neostella allows users to open and edit Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) stored in your tenant under Cases > Documents directly through Microsoft SharePoint, without downloading files or using local Office apps. This creates a seamless and secure editing experience while Neostella remains the central source of truth, leveraging SharePoint’s native real-time collaboration and Autosave features. All edits are synced back to Neostella, ensuring proper version control, security, and document integrity.
