Neodeluxe Integration: Lead Docket Setup

Summary

The Lead Docket integration allows Neodeluxe Admins to connect their Neodeluxe tenant to a Lead Docket instance.

This integration allows Neodeluxe Sidebar users to use the Autofill Form feature and perform the Conflict Check to automatically retrieve data from Lead Docket, instead of manually searching for and entering each piece of information into the corresponding fields.

  • After the Lead Docket connection is established, you MUST complete the Lead Docket Mapping setup to enable the Autofill option for Lead Docket in the Conflict Check feature within the Neodeluxe Sidebar.
  • If the Lead Docket Mapping setup is not completed, the report will be empty.

Connect Lead Docket

Before connecting your Lead Docket instance, you must have the following information:

  • Lead Docket Hostname: This is taken from your Lead Docket domain URL. For Example: Your Lead Docket URL: https://subdomain.leaddocket.com, is your hostname.
  • API Key: You can obtain this from Lead Docket by navigating to: Manage > Settings > Account Settings > API Key

Follow these steps to connect your Lead Docket instance:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Lead Docket.
  2. Enter the Lead Docket Hostname and the API Key, then click Save. A message will appear indicating that the connection was successful.
  • If the Lead Docket Hostname or API Key is incorrect, the connection will fail and an error message will be displayed.
  • To update the Lead Docket Hostname or API Key, follow the same steps and enter the new information, then click Save.

Why Can’t I Connect My Lead Docket Instance?

Incorrect Hostname or API Key:

  • Double-check that the Lead Docket Hostname is correct (For Example: Lead Docket URL: https://subdomain.leaddocket.com)
  • Make sure the API Key is valid and has not expired or been regenerated. You can obtain this from Lead Docket by navigating to: Manage > Settings > Account Settings > API Key.
