Neodeluxe Project Forms

Project Forms is an add-on tool that allows Neodeluxe users to complete Filevine project fields without accessing projects in Filevine by using the Neodeluxe app. In the Project Forms menu, admins can check, add, or delete information, with all changes automatically syncing to Filevine.

How to Access to Project Forms

Follow these steps to access Neodeluxe Project Forms: 

1. Log in to Neodeluxe and click Project Forms in the navigation menu. 

Project Forms Dashboard Interface

The Project Forms Dashboard offers powerful tools to help you manage Filevine forms effectively. Here is where you can find the key features:

1. Project Forms menu. 2. Project Type field. 3. Project ID field

4. Form Name field. 5. Search button.

Search Your Project Forms

To find your project form, follow these steps:

1. Select the Project Type.
2. Enter the Project ID.
3. Select the Form Name.
4. Click on the search button.
The corresponding project form is displayed automatically.

Update a Project Form

Follow these steps to update a form:

1. Search the project form.
2. Edit the required fields.
3. Click Update Form.
The message Form successfully updated in Filevine will appear. 

Clear a Project Form

Follow these steps to clear a form:

1. Search the project form.
2. Scroll down and click Clear Form.
3. Then, click Clear Form on the confirmation message.
The project form disappears automatically.
