Bulk Updater - collection items upload and add an attachment.

We have a use case where we need to add the same document to an attachment field within a series of collection items. i.e. 

collection item 1 attachment field add Document from local PC C:\uploads\Uploads_r_Us.doc

collection item 2 attachment field add Document from local PC C:\uploads\Uploads_r_Us.doc 

collection item 3 attachment field add Document from local PC C:\uploads\Uploads_r_Us.doc
