June 26th

Data Governance

Contact Cards From Project Forms Into the Portal: Data Governance can now support contact cards for portal forms, replicating the contact cards set up and alerts.

Inactivation of User Access: Inactivating the rule should solve set rules.

User Access Rules were getting a different Section Type.

Neodeluxe Automation

Auto Case Number: Now it prefixes each case number with the Project type abbreviation instead of the number.

Basic Date Calculator: The system adds exactly 1 year to the incident date, as configured.

June 25th

Advanced Task Management

Custom Labels and the Role Labels in the Task Card: It shows custom and role labels on task cards so users can quickly reference Queue label details.

Show the Category of the Task in the Task Card: Show task Category on the Webapp task card so reviewers can access it easily.

Data Warehouse

Confirm Missing/Extra Data with Filevine API - Audit by IDs: Add ID validation with the Filevine API before hydration or removal to ensure only valid IDs are processed.

Bulk Updater

Validate empty columns and rows (sanitization only) to alert users that headers must not be empty.

June 19th

Process Studio

New Conditionals options to the Conditional dropdown:

• Is not null.
• Is true / Is false (only for boolean variables).
• Is before / Is after / Is today / Is not today (only for date variables).
• Is today and Is not today should hide the Value field.

UI Updates: Hide or disable the Value input when the selected condition doesn’t require user input.

Validation: Ensure input values match the expected data type for each variable.

Using Variables in an email action would not validate.

Fixed large batch operations for Lookup tables.

June 18th

Data Warehouse

It ensures userId and timestamp are captured from Taskflow webhooks for all events, including executed and reset, to update Forms and Collections in DW.

Data Governance

Display Data Governance Alerts even when the Chrome Extension sidebar is closed, so users are notified of rule violations while working in Filevine.

Fact Link

Implement document rendering from uploaded links without repeated Apryse calls to reduce API usage and improve performance.

Update By Document Filter Display:

• Set a max width for document chips (defined by FE team).
• Truncate long names with ellipsis ("...") and show full names on hover.
• If chip count exceeds container width, display “+N” and show all names on hover.
• Allow users to add/remove documents by clicking the multiselector arrow.

Full-Page Fact Bookmark: 

• Ensure the bookmark does not obstruct text—make it movable.
• Remove any non-essential configurations to streamline the user experience.

Where the Edited tab data was not updating when editing Fact content, specifically for Facts that hadn’t previously triggered an update to this tab.

File Sync

Added a locking mechanism to prevent parallel executions of SharePoint Delta within the same client. Improved the SharePoint Delta Step Function to efficiently handle large volumes of events and support long-running executions.

Advanced Task Management

Added user notifications in the Neodeluxe sidebar for resolved tasks.

• If resolved by a supervisor: "The task task_name was resolved by a Supervisor."
• If resolved by the user: "The task task_name has been resolved."
• For queued tasks, {task_name} displays the queue name; for single tasks, it shows the task summary.

Task Cards now show Resolution Category, Code, and Comments when escalated tasks are closed.

Corrected the date display in the Task Card view.

Resolved inconsistency in mandatory fields for Resolution Comments—Chrome Extension and Webapp now match. The Comments field is no longer required.

June 16th

Conflict Check

Added Lead Docket setup screen in the Neodeluxe Portal, allowing users to configure their account and enable the integration across multiple products.

Introduced two Conflict Check roles:

• User: Can use all Conflict Check features in the Chrome Extension.
• Admin: Can manage all additional Conflict Check settings.

Added a tool to configure autofill mappings for Conflict Check using Filevine or Lead Docket.

• Admins can manage mappings; Users can view them.
• One mapping per project type and source.
• Supports field type matching, blank fields, and role-based lookups.
• Provides feedback on save/delete actions.
• Automatically hides the Lead Docket tab if not configured.

Conflict Check Admins can now create, edit, and delete Additional Sections for autofill.

• Supports filtering, sorting, dropdown values, and field ordering.
• Deletion requires confirmation and removes related mappings.
• Form validations and feedback messages included.

Added support for overriding section and field names to ensure accurate Conflict Check searches and autofill, even when Filevine names differ from those in the Data Warehouse or form configuration.

June 11th

Advanced Task Management

Users with task resolution permissions can now view and claim unassigned tasks based on their labels.

• Tasks show a Claim Task button if eligible.
• Claimed tasks appear in Upcoming Tasks (max 3, sorted by due date).
• Asking for my next Task moves the top task to Current Task.
• UI updated for better clarity and role-based button visibility.
• Users are notified if a task is claimed by someone else.

Added new columns and filters to improve task visibility and management.

• New columns: Process, Created Date, and Category.
• Filter tasks by Created Date range and Process.
• Helps users track and manage tasks more efficiently based on creation time and queue process.

June 10th

Process Studio

It can now directly create and remove tasks from queues.

• Create Task
• Remove Task

Improved row editing in Lookup Tables for better speed and safety.

• Delete Confirmation: Users now see a prompt before deleting a row.
• Enter Key Navigation: Pressing Enter moves focus to the next column in the same row.

The top-level Processes folder now displays all processes, providing easier access without navigating through subfolders.

Resolved an issue where Foundation AI trigger tags were not populating, preventing users from editing them. Tags now load correctly.

Fixed an issue where long process names were hidden during renaming. Full text now appears when editing.

Fixed dark mode styling for the + _ optional Fields Available element to ensure proper appearance in dark themes.

Advanced Task Management

Advanced Task Management now is able to select the trigger type as Process Studio. 

• Process Studio actions  dynamically pull queues marked as Process Studio

Advanced Task Management and Process Studio will now link Queues and Processes together to display on the Advanced Task Management side.

June 9th

Data Warehouse

Customers now receive a single email per audit execution summarizing results (missing, extra, or applied changes), based on their ShOrgId configuration:

• Use Case 1: If hydration and delete are not enabled, we send an email template.
• Use Case 2: If hydration and/or delete are enabled, we send a different email Template.

Upgraded audit emails to send a single, well-formatted HTML report per audit run, based on ShOrgId config.

• Emails show the first 4 IDs + download link if more exist.
• Deprecated IDs are excluded.
• Config added to control if emails are sent when missing/extra = 0.
• Routing handled by ShOrgId and customer email.

Neodeluxe

Phase Change – Flows: Phase Change is now recognized as a valid Filevine data source criterion, allowing it to be correctly used in flow conditions.

June 6th

Process Studio

Added a new interface to create and manage variables within automations.

Fixed an issue where Filevine data was not appearing in the data drawer for Foundation AI triggers.

June 5th

Data Governance

Enhanced the "Similar" logic to ensure two-way validation: it now checks if the rule content is similar to Filevine and if Filevine content is similar to the rule.

Advanced Task Management

Unified Project Type in Queues

• Project Type field added to Queue Details with autocomplete.
• Selected value auto-fills and hides related fields in Criteria and Task sections.
• New message shown when Manual trigger is selected, clarifying task creation behavior.

Data Governance

Standardized logs for Coralogix with key fields and proper error levels to improve tracking and support visibility.
