B. What Is the Processes Menu?
The Processes menu is your main workspace for managing automated processes in Process Studio. It’s where you can view, organize, and configure all your automated processes. From here, you can create new processes or manage existing ones with just a few clicks.

D. Hands-On With Dashboard Menu
- Create a Folder or Subfolder
1. Click the Create Folder button.
2. Name your folder and click the check icon to save.
3. Repeat in any folder to create subfolders.
- Rename or Delete a Folder
- Click the folder menu.
- Select Rename or Delete Folder.
⚠️ You can only delete empty folders.

Drag and Drop
- Move folders by dragging them where you want them in the structure. Changes are saved automatically.
💡Tip:
Law firms often organize folders by legal area (e.g., Immigration, PI, Mass Tort), but you can customize the structure to fit your team.
E. Managing Processes
Action | Steps |
Create | Click + Automated Process, name it, select a trigger, click Create, then configure and Save. |
Move | Click the options icon > Organize / Move Folder > Choose folder > Save. |
Publish | For inactive processes, click options icon > Publish. |
Deactivate | For active processes, click options icon > Deactivate. |
Edit | Click on a process name to open the editor. Make changes and Save. You can only edit inactive processes |
Export | Click options icon > Export to download as JSON. |
Import | Click Import, upload a JSON file, then Save. |
Delete | Click options icon > Delete > Confirm deletion. |
