B. What Is the Dashboard Menu?
The Dashboard menu in Process Studio is your control panel for monitoring automation performance. It gives administrators quick access to important metrics like plan usage, process activity, success rates, and more. This data helps with decision-making, resource planning, and identifying issues in processes.

Element | What It Does | Details |
Plan Usage | Tracks how many processes are in use | A progress bar shows how many processes have been used out of your total plan |
Available Processes | Displays the total process count included in your plan | Helps track remaining capacity |
Active Triggers | Shows how many triggers are active | Useful for auditing what's running |
Time Range Filter | Filters data in the Success vs. Failure chart | Options: Today, This Week, This Month, Select Dates |
Folders Filter | Filters dashboard data by folder | Matches folders from the Processes menu |
Clear Filters | Resets dashboard filters | Returns view to the default state |
Overview | Shows total successful and failed executions | Based on the selected filters |
Most Used Processes | Lists processes with the most jobs run | Includes name, number of jobs, success/failure counts, and last run |
Success vs. Failure Chart | Visual overview of process outcomes | Hover to view data, exportable in SVG, PNG, or CSV |
D. Hands-On With Dashboard Menu
How to Access the Dashboard Menu:
- Select the Process Studio (Beta) menu in Neodeluxe.
- Click the Dashboard submenu.
Using the Dashboard:
- Use the Time Range menu to filter execution results.
- Select a Folder to narrow your view by group.
- Use Clear Filters to return to the default view.
- Hover over bars in the Success vs. Failure Chart for execution details.

Click the chart’s menu icon to export data.
The dashboard is most useful for administrators tracking automation usage, identifying common errors, and ensuring performance stays on track.
