Why does the Portal Access Report ID Validation Fail?

When the entered Portal Access Report ID is invalid, the message Connection Status: Failed! appears. This can happen when the report is no longer available in Filevine:

  • The report may have been deleted.
  • Report permissions have changed. 

Why Weren’t Users Invited or Deactivated in Auto Add User? 

The Auto Add User feature adds users from the Portal Access Report to Neodeluxe based on the following conditions:

  • If the users do not exist, an invitation email will be sent.
  • If the users already exist but are not currently linked to a project, their status will be set to inactive.
  • If users were not invited or deactivated, it may be due to these conditions not being met.

Additionally, if users are not included in the Portal Access Report, they cannot be added or invited to Neodeluxe.
