Managing Partner Tenant Access:
Why Can’t My Users Access a Partner Tenant?
If users from your tenant are unable to connect to a partner tenant, ensure they have access:
- Navigate to the Partnership page.
- In the Access Received tab, locate the Partner Tenant Name, and click the Manage Access button.
- Verify that the users are listed in the Allowed Users list.
- Check that their assigned roles are correct.
