Managing Partner Tenant Access:

Why Can’t My Users Access a Partner Tenant?

If users from your tenant are unable to connect to a partner tenant, ensure they have access:

  1. Navigate to the Partnership page.
  2. In the Access Received tab, locate the Partner Tenant Name, and click the Manage Access button.
  3. Verify that the users are listed in the Allowed Users list.
  4. Check that their assigned roles are correct.
