Why Can’t I Switch to a Partner Tenant? 

If you are unable to switch to a partner tenant: 

In the top right corner of the application, go to the settings icon, and locate the Switch Tenant button.

  • If you do not see the Switch Tenant button, your user is NOT configured to access a partner tenant.
  • If you can see the Switch Tenant button, but the desired tenant does not appear, contact your admin to request the appropriate access.

If the partner tenant doesn't open automatically when you click Connect, make sure your browser's pop-up blockers are disabled.
