Partnership: Switching to a Partner Tenant

If your admin has given you access to partner tenants, you can easily switch to these tenants from your main tenant’s login, without having to log-out and back into a new link.

Switch to a Partner Tenant

  1. Log into your main tenant using your credentials.
  2. In the top right corner of the application, go to the settings icon, and select Switch Tenant.
  3. In the Connect to Tenant pop up, choose the partner tenant from the dropdown.  
  4. Click Connect. A new tab will open in the partner tenant's application.

  • If the partner tenant doesn't open automatically, disable your browser’s pop-up blocker.
  • Upon first time access to a partner’s tenant, users must configure their communication preferences.
  • A Connected to “Partner Tenant Name” button will appear at the top of the screen.

  • If a user has access to both their main organization’s tenant and partner tenant with the same email, they can only access the partner tenant through the main tenant after the admin configures their partnership access. Direct login to the partner tenant is no longer possible.

Log Out From a Partner Tenant

To log out of a partner tenant and return to your main tenant:

  1. In the partner tenant, locate the  Connected to “Partner Tenant Name”  banner at the top of the screen, and click the log out icon.
