Neodeluxe Partner Access enables secure connection and seamless login between organizations’ tenants. This guide explains how to use this feature based on your organization’s role in the partnership.

Understanding Your Organization’s Role

Service Providers (Neostella, etc.)

  • Access client tenants to provide services
  • Manage which of your own users can access the client tenants

Clients (Law Firms, End User Organizations, etc.)

  • Grant access to partners (service provider) to access your tenant
  • Control which partners can access your tenant
  • Determine which permissions each provider has in your tenant

Partner Access Interface

To navigate to the Partner Access page:

  1. Go to the Admin menu.
  2. Select Neodeluxe Portal > Partner Access.

The Partner Access interface consists of two tabs, which you may or may not see based on your role in the partnership: Access Received, and Grant Access.

Access Received tab

The Access Received tab displays the tenants that your organization has permission to access as a partner. Use this tab to manage which of your users can connect to the partner tenant.

This tab will only be visible when your tenant has been granted access to at least one tenant.

Use this tab to:

  • See which tenants you can access as a partner
  • Manage which of your users can access each tenant
  • Assign appropriate partner roles to your team members

The table includes the following columns:

Column Description
  1. Partner Name
The name of the tenant that your organization can access.
  1. Roles Granted
The roles available to your users within this tenant.
  1. Actions
Manage which of your users can access this tenant and with what permissions.

Managing Access to Partner Tenants

In the Access Received tab, admins can manage their access to partner tenants, and admins can also modify the roles assigned to each user.
To add or remove users from a partner Tenant:

  1. In the Access Received tab, locate the Partner Name to manage, and click the Manage Access button.

  1. In the Allowed Users section, click Manage Access.

  1. To grant partner access to users from your tenant, select them from the Users Without Access list and click the top arrow to move them to Users With Access.

  1. To remove partner access for users from your tenant, select them from the Users With Access list and click the bottom arrow to move them to Users Without Access.

  1. Click the Go Back button to return to the Access Details overview.

  1. To modify what a user can do in the partner tenant, locate the Allowed Roles column, click the icon next to a role to remove it from a user. To add or remove roles, click the roles dropdown.

  1. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Authorized users can switch to the partner tenant in their User Settings dropdown through the Switch Tenant button.

When you grant a user access to a partner tenant, they can only access that tenant through the Switch Tenant connection in the User Settings dropdown in your main tenant. If that user previously had direct login access to the partner tenant, the access will be replaced by this multitenant access.
