This article walks you through creating Task Forms, Project Forms, Static Forms, and ATM Forms using the Neodeluxe form builder.
Access the Portal Form Builder
Follow these steps to open the portal form builder:
1. Go to the Admin menu.
2. Click Neodeluxe Portal.
3. Click Portal Forms.
4. Click the + Create Portal Form button to open the form builder.

The form builder provides dynamic tools for form creation. Key features include:

Create a Task Form
Task Forms are linked to specific flow messages in the Client Portal and are automatically assigned to Client Portal users to fill out. To create a Task Form:
1. Enter a form name in the Name field.
The Is Active field is set to Yes by default, so no action is required here.
2. Choose the Filevine Project Type to select fields from.
3. Select the Form Type: Task.
4. (Optional) Add a Description.
5. Click Apply to create the Task Form.
6. Click Save to keep your changes.
Create a Project Forms
Project Forms are for internal use only and are accessible in the Project Forms menu in Neodeluxe. To create a Project Form:
1. Enter a form name in the Name field.
The Is Active field is set to Yes by default, so no action is required here.
2. Choose the Filevine Project Type to select fields from.
3. Select the Form Type: Project Form.
4. (Optional) Add a Description.
5. Click Apply to create the Project Form.
6. Click Save to keep your changes.
Create a Static Form
Static Forms are always available for users to edit and update. Admins assign specific roles who can see these forms in their Client Portal. Unlike other forms, Static Forms do not rely on an automated Flow or Message to be available. To create a Static Form:
1. Enter a form name in the Name field.
The Is Active field is set to Yes by default, so no action is required here.
2. Choose the Filevine Project Type to select fields from.
3. Select the Form Type: Static Form.
4. Select the Recipient Role(s) who will see this form in their Client Portal.
5. (Optional) Add a Description.
6. Click Apply to create a new static form.
7. Click Save to keep your changes.
Create an ATM Form
ATM Forms are designed for use within Advanced Task Management (ATM). They function like other Portal Forms but are exclusively accessed and utilized through the ATM interface.
1. Enter a form name in the Name field.
The Is Active field is set to Yes by default, so no action is required here.
2. Choose the Filevine Project Type to select fields from.
3. Select the Form Type: ATM From..
4. (Optional) Add a Description.
5. Click Apply to create the ATM form.
6. Click Save to keep your changes.
