Why can't I see the existing Filevine Folders within the project when configuring a Filevine Folder?

• Ensure the Project ID corresponds to the Filevine Project that contains the folders.

• Ensure that the Filevine Folder you want to configure was not previously configured.
• Each Filevine Folder can only have one configuration. Once a folder is configured and saved, it will no longer be available in the Filevine Folder* field for future configurations of the same Project Type and Project ID.
