User Details In The Support Dashboard

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the Neodeluxe Support Dashboard, covering essential functions like updating project and client statuses, organizing the detail panel, and understanding the Is Active, Expired At, and Actions columns.

Update the Status of a Project

Here’s how you can activate a project from Neodeluxe Support in just a few simple steps:

1. Click on the edit icon “”.
2. Select Yes, and click on the save icon “  to activate the project.

Once you save changes, its status updates to Yes in the Is Active column. Additionally, the Expired At column will display the project's expiration date.


Organize the Detail Panel

Each project has a Detail Panel that functions like the main dashboard and allows you to view the clients associated with it.

Sorting options include:

  • Arranging from A to Z or Z to A
  • Filter results
  • Hide or show specific columns
  • Pin columns to the left or right for quicker access. If a column is no longer needed in a fixed position, you can simply unpin it.

Once you click on a project’s dropdown, a menu will appear showing user details, including Full Name, Email, Filevine Role, Created Date, Last Update, Is Active, Expired At, and Actions. This gives you a complete view of who’s involved in your project!

Is Active, Expired At, and Actions Columns

On the right side of the grid, these columns come with default actions and display information from your database.

  • The Is Active column shows if the project is active or inactive.
  • The Expired At column displays the date when the project will expire or become inactive.
  • The Action column provides options to edit or update the project’s status.

Projects marked with a Yes in the Is Active column are locked for security and can’t be modified. However, you can update the status of projects showing No in this column. 

Update the Status of a User

Here’s how you can activate a user from Neodeluxe Support in just a few simple steps:

1. Click on the detail panel and locate the user.
2. Click on the edit icon “”.
3. Select Yes, and click on the save icon “  to activate the project.

Once you save changes, its status updates to Yes in the Is Active column. Additionally, the Expired At column will display the project's expiration date.
