Neodeluxe Support Dashboard

Neodeluxe Support Dashboard is a tool for admins and the support team that provides an overview of all your Filevine projects and users with access to them.

This section shows the total number of projects in your Neodeluxe database, active projects, total users, and active users. You can also view project information including Project Name, Filevine Phase, Project Type, Report ID, Created Date, Last Update, and client details (including Full Name, Email, Filevine Role, Created Date, Last Update) from the dashboard.

How to Access to Support 

Getting to the Neodeluxe Support Dashboard is straightforward. Follow these steps: 

1. Log in to Neodeluxe and go to the Admin menu. 

2. Click on Neodeluxe Portal and then click Support.

The Support Dashboard offers powerful tools to help you manage projects and clients effectively. Here is where you can find the key features:

1. Total Projects.
2. Total Active Projects.
3. Total Users All Projects.
4. Total Active User.
5. Column, Filters, Density and Export.

Terms And Definitions

 

  • Detail Panel Toggle: This is the column that displays clients' information associated with a project.
  • Project Name: The name of the Filevine project..
  • Project ID: The unique identification number assigned to the project from Filevine.
  • Filevine Phase: The current Filevine phase of the case.
  • Project Type: The Filevine template type used in the project.
  • Report ID: The automatically generated report number from Filevine.
  • Created Date: The exact date and time the project was created.
  • Last Update: The most recent date and time the project was updated.
  • Is Active: Whether the project is currently active or inactive.
  • Expired At: The date when the project is or will be expired or no longer active.
  • Action: The option to edit or update the project or client's status.
