Export a PDF Fact Sheet

You can export a PDF of a package and its associated facts with custom sorting options, including:

• An index listing the facts with linked locations and corresponding page numbers in the PDF.
• Selected document pages with highlighted facts.

1. In the Package, click the Export PDF button.
2. Select from the following options to organize the facts and documents:

• Sort By: Select from Create Date, Document, Fact Date, Tag, or Document Type.
• Group By: Choose from Created By, Created Date, Document, Fact Date, Tag, or Document Type.
• Pages: 
  • Fact Page: Download only the pages with highlighted facts.
  • Fact Page and surrounding pages: Download the pages with highlighted facts, as well as the pages before and after.

3. Click Export PDF, and the Fact Sheet PDF will be downloaded to your device.

After Exporting: 

4. Open the generated PDF report. In the Document Index section, the fact names are sorted and grouped based on your selection. When opened in the browser, each fact name is a clickable link to the location of that fact.

Export Facts as a CSV

Export a CSV file of a package’s facts for further analysis by following these steps.

1. In the Package, click Export Facts.
2. Select the Documents from which the facts will be extracted, or choose All to include all facts.
3. Select the Columns you want to include, or choose All to include all columns. Available options are: Package Name, Package Id, Document Name, Document Id, Page Number, Fact Name, Fact Id, Fact, Edited Fact, Created By (Name), Created By (Id), Created At, Updated By (Name), Updated By (Id), Updated At, Fact Date, Comments descriptions, Comments dates, and Tags.
4. Click Export Facts, and the CSV file with the facts will be downloaded to your device.

After Exporting: 

5. Open the CSV, which will be named after the package. This file contains the information according to the selected columns.
