Monitor your Neodeluxe Client Portal Flows with detailed reporting dashboards and task status views, ensuring seamless tracking of automated messages and user progress.

Flow Statistics and Reporting Dashboards

The Neodeluxe Client Portal's Flows reporting dashboard includes statistics for a specific's Flow's activity. 

1. Find the Live flow you wish to view reporting for, and click the View Statistics icon (Increasing Bar Graph icon) in the Actions column to view the reporting dashboard.

2. Filter the visualized statistics by date range using the Start Date and End Date fields at the top of the dashboard.

3. View flow statistics including:

  • Total projects entered the flow
  • Average flow time
  • Projects currently in flow
  • Projects completed the flow
  • Projects dropped
  • Total tasks
  • Document Tasks vs. Form Tasks
  • Tasks linked to a message
  • Assigned tasks
  • Completed tasks
  • Average time to complete a task
  • Total sent messages
  • Messages sent via Emails vs In App vs SMS
  • Email statistics
    • Delivered
    • Opened
    • Dropped
    • Bounced
    • Spam

4. Click the Export Data button to download a .XLSX file with the flow statistics for your selected date range. The document is named as follows: _Flow Name_Start Date_End Date

View a Flow Task Status

Admins can view the real-time status of tasks assigned by a Flow. To view the status details of tasks assigned by a Flow, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Neodeluxe Admin menu, and select the Neodeluxe Portal.

NOTE: Depending on the Neodeluxe products you purchased, your navigation bar and Admin menu buttons may differ.

2. Select Tasks to access all the Flow tasks and their statuses.

3. View tasks for all Project IDs, Flows, and statuses. A task can have one of the following statuses:

  • Pending: The user hasn’t opened the task.
  • In Progress: The user has edited the form and saved it but hasn’t submitted it.
  • Overdue: The task deadline has passed.
  • Completed: The user has submitted a form or uploaded a document. 

4. Select the Search icon (Magnifying Glass icon) or filter the list using a combination of the Task Name, Project ID, Flow Name, and Status dropdowns. You can filter up to 50 items at once per filter type.
