Supported Filevine Objects for Data Warehouse

Neodeluxe Data Warehouse is designed to give you reliable access to core Filevine data, helping to manage and analyze it in real-time. This article provides an overview of the types of Filevine data objects currently supported by Data Warehouse.

Data Objects Currently Supported

Data Warehouse supports many of the data objects you use every day, including:

• Forms & Collection Sections: Full support with a dynamic schema for flexibility.
• Contacts & Custom Tabs: Access all custom contact tabs for each Filevine contact.
• Notes: Includes notes and tasks only (currently, does not support reminders, SMS, and faxes, and limited support for comments).
• Projects
• Folders & Documents
• Appointments/Project Calendar
• Deadlines & Deadline Chains

Data Objects That Will Be Supported Soon

Some objects aren’t yet supported in Data Warehouse, but are on the roadmap to be supported in the future:

• SMS/Fax
• Update section after a hidden section becomes available

Data Objects Not Yet Supported

At this time, the following objects are not yet supported:

• Project Team
• Org Team
• Former Users
• Vitals
• Project Contacts
• Conflict Check
• Legacy Objects (Incident, Yield)
• Billing and Time

While some Filevine objects aren’t currently supported in Data Warehouse, we are continuing to enhance the product to support as many objects as possible.
