Manually Refreshing the Data Source in Neodeluxe

The data flow from Filevine to Neodeluxe is automatically refreshed once daily to ensure Neodeluxe is updated based on the fields available in Filevine. This update also ensures that the latest fields are visible within the Neodeluxe Form Builder.

If you need to refresh the Flows Data Source manually, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Admin page in Neodeluxe and select the Neodeluxe Client Portal option.

2. Select the Flows Data Source option from the menu.

3. Go to the Filevine tab and click the Refresh button.

4. A confirmation message, “Data Source Refreshed Successfully” will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
