Why Can’t I Start the Neodeluxe Sidebar?

If you’re having trouble starting the Neodeluxe Sidebar extension, follow these steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

1. Use a Supported Browser

Access Filevine through Google Chrome or a Chromium-based browser, like Microsoft Edge.

2. Confirm the Extension Setup

Make sure you have already installed the Neodeluxe Sidebar in your browser through the Google Chrome Web Store. For more information on Neodeluxe Sidebar Setup & Login, please visit: Neodeluxe Sidebar Setup & Login.

3. Open the Extension

On the Filevine browser tab, click the Neodeluxe Sidebar extension icon in your browser toolbar, and the Neodeluxe Sidebar will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

4. Reload Filevine

Refresh the page to reload Filevine after the Neodeluxe Sidebar extension is opened.

IMPORTANT: The Neodeluxe Sidebar will only work when an active Filevine tab is open in your browser.
