Managing Alerts

Alerts triggered in the Neodeluxe Sidebar can be tracked and managed through the Neodeluxe Portal by navigating to the Data Governance menu and selecting the Alerts tab.

Here, Admins can view an overview of alerts including:

  • Track unresolved alerts
  • Review details related to each alert
  • View resolved alerts
  • Resolve unresolved alerts

The alert list includes the following details:

  • Rule Name
  • Project
  • Project ID
  • Status
  • Alert Count (the number of times this alert has been modified/triggered for a specific project)
  • Last Updated By
  • Last Updated At

Resolving Alerts

1. Navigate to the Alerts tab in the Data Governance menu to view the list of alerts.

Select the alerts you want to resolve, and then click the Resolve N Alerts button.

NOTE: The N in “Resolve N Alerts” is a placeholder for a number and will dynamically change based on the number of alerts selected for resolution.

Enter the Comments* related with the alerts resolution and confirm by clicking Save.

 

4. The message Alerts Resolved Successfully will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Resolved alerts will be marked with the status Admin Resolved, which can be viewed by checking the Show Resolved Alerts box in the top left corner.

Data Governance Alert Reports

Data Governance Admins will automatically receive a daily report via email, which includes a CSV attachment containing all active alerts to date. The report provides detailed information for each alert, enabling admins to easily track and manage alerts across their data governance program.
