Customizing, Filtering, and Exporting Data Governance Lists

Admins can customize, filter and export their Data Governance lists from the available views (Rules, Alerts and Acceptable Values Request tabs) using the options at the top of each list.

On the Data Governance page, select the desired tab and use the options in the upper-left corner to customize your view.

Customizing Columns

Click Columns to manage the visible columns:

  • Use the Find Column field to search for columns
  • Use the toggle switch buttons to enable/disable column views
  • Click Hide All or Show All to adjust column visibility in bulk

Filtering Lists

Click Filters to apply one or more filters to the list view. Add additional filters by clicking +Add Filter or remove a filter by clicking the X next to the filter.

 

Adjusting Row Density

Click Density to choose between three row width options:

  • Compact
  • Standard
  • Comfortable

 

Exporting Lists

Click Export to download or print the list:

  • Download as CSV
  • Download as Excel
  • Print
