Ensure the correct team has access to a project

Automatically add or remove a team to a Filevine project based on project data triggered by a button click, phase change, or static section field value (Dropdown, Person, or Multi-select list). The automation can add or remove one or multiple teams in a single action.

Example: Configure the automation to add the Pre-Litigation team to the Filevine Project based on a specific Case Type Field. Configure an additional automation for when the phase changes to litigation, to remove the Pre-Litigation team and add the Litigation team.
