Start Using Your Firm's Client Portal

Once you have been invited to join the Neodeluxe Client Portal (formerly known as Vineportal) by your law firm. This portal will provide a convenient, user-friendly way to access important case details, including:

  • Case status
  • Critical dates and data
  • Case member contact info
  • Ability to update information and manage case documents

How to Log In for the First Time

  1. Check your email inbox for an email from your law firm inviting you to join the portal. Please check all Spam or Junk Folders.

  2. When you open the email, you will see your invitation link, and your Username.

  3. Please click on the portal URL Link, found in your initial email, to be taken to the portal login screen.
    Note: the link you receive is valid for 7 days – please accept your invitation as soon as possible.

  4. Once you are at the portal login screen, please enter your email from the “Your Username” line in the initial email invitation.

  5. When your email is entered, you will be prompted to create your password. 

  6. Enter your password first in the “Password” Field and then again in the “Repeat Password” Field. If you select the “eye” icon on the right-hand side of the line, you will be able to display your password as you create it.
    Note: Your Neodeluxe Portal Password MUST:
    • Be AT LEAST eight (8) characters
    • Include AT LEAST one (1) special character(Examples: ! ? $ #)
    • Include AT LEAST one (1) number and AT LEAST one (1) capital letter
  7. Upon password entry, you will be prompted to Opt-In or Opt-Out for email notifications related to your case.

  8. Congratulations, you are officially logged into your portal!

Please keep your Username and Password in a secure location as you will now use this to log into your firm's portal.

Should you encounter any issues logging into the portal, please contact the portal administrator at your firm.
