Start Using Your Firm's Client Portal

Once you have been invited to join Vineportal by your law firm. This portal will provide a convenient, user-friendly way to access important case details, including:

• Case phase
• Critical dates and data
• Case member contact info
• Ability to post questions and manage case documents (coming soon)

To access the  portal, please follow these steps:

1. Use the link in the email to access the portal. Please note, the link you receive is valid for 7 days – please accept your invitation as soon as possible.
2. Once you have accessed your portal, you will be prompted to set your password. 
3. Set your password. Your password must include:
   • At least 8 characters
   • 1 upper case character
   • 1 lower case character
   • 1 number
   • 1 symbol
4. Submit!
