All Vinebots clients receive Neostella support and can select either:
Standard Support
- Email, phone, and chat support
- Customer portal for support ticket management
- SLA of 8 business hour response time
Premium Support
- Available for additional fee of 20% of annual fee ($3,000/yr minimum)
- Includes a 3-business hour response time and dedicated account manager
Minimal training is currently needed as all Vinebots are managed natively within Filevine. Neostella provides Vinebot end-user training to all customers.
