Neostella - Control Center
The Control Center is the Neostella platform’s hub for administrators to set up and manage the foundation of their firm’s workspace. It’s where the core structure, settings, and rules are defined to keep projects, cases, and workflows running smoothly. Admins use it to configure Account settings like General Settings, Entities, Offices, Tags, and Translations, define the firm’s data structure through Schema – Data and related tools like Forms and Project Feeds, and design automated processes with Process Studio Automations and Workflows. The workspace also handles Documents, as well as other capabilities, giving legal teams a well-organized, scalable environment for managing their operations efficiently.

Neostella - Cases
In this section, you will find articles that explain how to use the Cases workspace of your Neostella platform, where legal teams manage their firm’s cases. Once a lead is approved, it becomes a project, which serves as the working record where all case-related information and activities are handled. The articles in this section describe how users can manage projects and perform daily case work, including handling communications, tasks, documents, calendars, and reports. They also explain how teams can send messages and collaborate directly within projects, tasks, or documents, keeping conversations and updates connected to the case where the work is taking place.
